When will I receive my order?
Your shirt is printed for you in 2 to 3 days and ships within 2 to 4 business days. 9 in 10 US orders arrive within 12 days of ordering, most in 7 to 10. Once shipped:

  • USA: 4–6 business days in transit
  • International: 5–15 business days in transit

Where do you ship from?
We fulfill orders through a global network of fulfillment centers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

How much is shipping?
Orders in the US ship for $4.79, and international rates vary by destination. Any order of $65 or more ships free, anywhere in the world. You’ll see the final total before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Including your phone number helps ensure smooth delivery and reduces the risk of lost packages.

Will I get charged customs fees or import taxes?
Almost never. GG Tees works with print shops on several continents and routes each order to the one nearest you, so most orders never cross a border.

  • Canada: most Canadian orders are printed and shipped inside Canada. Nothing owed on delivery.
  • UK: printed and shipped inside the UK. Nothing owed on delivery.
  • Europe: printed and shipped inside the EU. Nothing owed on delivery.
  • Australia: most are printed and shipped inside Australia. Nothing owed on delivery.
  • New Zealand and elsewhere: ships in from overseas. A charge on a single shirt is unusual and has not happened yet, but it would be yours if your country asks.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation for address errors
  • Ask your local post office
  • Check with neighbors

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept physical returns, but we back every order with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
No worries! If your item is damaged, the wrong size, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the item.

How do refunds work?
If you're not satisfied, let us know. We'll issue a hassle-free refund or replacement under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — no need to ship anything back.

🧼 Product Care

How should I wash my shirt?

  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or air dry to prevent shrinkage. These are "pre-shrunk" to handle normal washing, in cool temperatures, but high temperatures will shrink them past their designed intent.

How are the designs printed?
All of our shirts are Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed. This means the ink is printed directly into the fabric — no thick vinyl or plastic feel. It’s not screen printed, and there are no vinyl graphics. Here's a nice video on the process.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We print on the Gildan 64000 Softstyle – a soft, semi-fitted, ring-spun cotton tee perfect for comfort and quality printing.
